La Zoo Sketches June 29 2009

After getting through the plethora of shops at the entrance of the Los Angeles Zoo, one of my favorite places to sketch is right after the "baby animals" center, where they have the geriatric springbok, gazelles, and gerenuk. Pictured are a Pronghorn, a Gerenuk, and a Golden Lion Tamarin Monkey.

It was waaaay too hot for zoo drawing, but I managed a few hours before turning in.
